It seems like everyone has an iTouch or an iPhone today. I often see children as young as 3 or 4 playing on (what I hope to be) their parent’s iPhone. What amazes me is the variety of apps available. I pick my favorites in 5 different categories in apps, do your picks match mine?

The Kindle is basically a library in your pocket… if you have really long pockets. The Kindle DX is Amazon.com’s latest “Wireless Reading Device”. About the size of a magazine (10.4″ x 7.2″ x 0.38″), the Kindle DX includes many of the features it’s little brother was missing out on. Although it’s pretty pricey at $489 (amazon.com), many people say it’s a significant step up from the Kindle 2 ($359).

The Wii Motion Plus is a very useful and dynamic device that allows the user to be immersed in a more realistic environment utilizing an accurate 1:1 player to game ratio. The experience will be more enjoyable and it will allow developers to make more realistic games.
